At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. The Mission The Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) organisation exists to equip every audience in our ecosystem — field sellers, technical specialists, and partners — with the clarity, content, and skills they need to execute with speed and consistency. But enablement doesn't stop at the field. The fastest path to consumption is a customer who knows exactly how to use what they've bought. That's where Customer Activation comes in. We're building a function that embeds education directly into the account motion — not as a post-sale afterthought, but as a deliberate strategy to accelerate time-to-value, reduce friction in expansion conversations, and protect consumption in accounts that matter most. As the Customer Activation Partner Lead for APJ, you will own this motion across one of Snowflake's most strategically important and fastest-growing regions. You'll work at the intersection of sales, customer success, and learning — translating account intelligence into education plans, and education outcomes into pipeline signals. You'll bring deep relationships with field teams and the commercial instincts to position training not as a line item, but as a growth lever. This is a player, coach role for someone who wants to build. If you've spent your career watching education get un

Reports to: Manager, Partner Success Location: Remote Australia What We Do: Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact. About DevRev At DevRev, we're building the future of work with Computer – your AI teammate. Unlike traditional tools, Computer unifies all your data sources, tools, and workflows into a single AI-ready platform, giving employees real-time insights, proactive suggestions, and powerful agentic actions. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev is trusted by global companies across industries. About the role The AI Outcomes Manager is DevRev's unified post-sales owner — bringing Customer Success and Customer Support together into a single role. Instead of handoffs between siloed teams, you own accounts end-to end: resolving issues, driving adoption, managing escalations, and making sure customers extract measurable value from what they bought. You manage each account by its health and needs — proactively spotting risk and opportunity — rather than by whether a given interaction is labelled "support" or "success." AI is your multiplier, not a tool you use on the side. Our AI agent handles first-line triage, ticket classification, routing, knowledge retrieval, and deflection — so you can focus on what AI can't do: complex judgment, strategic enablement, relationship building, and driving outcomes. You'll be measured not just by what you do directly, but by how well you leverage AI to scale across a full portfolio. What you'll own Your portfolio — a book of enterprise and growth accounts under single, accountable ownership. The model protects depth over volume. For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. This is not a generalist PMM role. You will own the intersection of AI product marketing and regional field activation across APJ, working at the pace of a rapidly evolving product surface and a field organization operating in one of the most competitive enterprise software markets globally. This remote eligible role is based in APJ and will report to the VP, AI GTM Strategy. What You Will Own AI Narrative Activation — APJ Execute the regional activation of Smartsheet's global AI narrative across APJ field teams, a
