About the Team The Storage teams build and operate online stateful systems and abstractions that are reliable, efficient, secure and easy to use for DoorDash Engineering. The teams are responsible for understanding Product Engineering’s evolving needs and developing platform and infrastructure capabilities to serve them. The team currently supports CockroachDB, Cassandra, Kafka and Redis as well as data abstraction services to reduce the complexity of interacting with storage systems for Product Engineers. About the Role The Storage team is building and operating a high-performance, scalable, and reliable data abstraction layer that optimizes both efficiency and reliability. Our goal is to create a platform that manages itself and fades into the background—empowering engineers to focus on delivering product experiences our customers love. This role is available across two teams within Storage, each solving unique and high-impact challenges: One team is building the orchestration layer for DoorDash’s storage platform—unifying lifecycle management, operations, and self-serve APIs for databases and streaming systems, turning complex, stateful infrastructure into reliable, developer-friendly services used across the company. One team builds and operates the distributed data platform powering DoorDash's largest stateful workloads -- including Cassandra, which backs critical product surfaces across DoorDash, Wolt, and Roo. You'll design high-throughput data abstractions, smart clients, and platform services that make distributed data reliable and easy to work with at multi-petabyte, multi-million-QPS scale, with opportunities to go deep on distributed systems internals and contribute to the open-source Cassandra ecosystem. If you're passionate about distributed systems, developer experience, and building foundational infrastructure at scale, we'd love to hear from you. You must be located in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Seattle, or the New York Metro Area for this hybrid pos

About the Team DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality. Customers order their convenience, grocery, retail, and prepared foods in the DoorDash app, and our team members fulfill orders in a real, brick-and-mortar store for Dashers to deliver. About the Team DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We explore robotics and automation to transform last-mile logistics in the long term. If you want to work on commercializing autonomy and robotics in a service used by millions of people — and on bringing the merchant partners who power that service along with us — then we want to talk to you! About the Role Come help us redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and other advanced technologies. Autonomy only works when merchants — restaurants, retailers, and other partners — can reliably interact with our robots: handing off orders, troubleshooting edge cases, and trusting the experience enough to keep using it. This role owns that side of the equation. We're looking for a Merchant Success & Growth lead to build the strategy and operational mechanisms that get merchants onboard, keep them performing, and turn their day-to-day reality into a tight feedback loop for product and engineering. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own merchant adoption and performance KPIs for autonomy end-to-end — defining what "successful merchant interaction with a robot" means, instrumenting it, and driving improvement against it. Build the playbooks and operational mechanisms to onboard merchants to autonomy — from first conversation through training, go-live, and steady-state ops — and scale them across markets. Partner with sales, account management, and field ops to recruit and ramp the right merchant cohorts for each stage of the product, and design experiments that test new merchant-facing features and handoff models. Define merchant performance benchmarks (handoff success rate, dwell time, dasher/robot interaction quality, merchant CSAT) and run the cadence that holds partners and internal teams accountable to them. Stand up the feedback loop from the field back to product and engineering — turning merchant complaints, edge cases, and frontline observations into prioriti

About the Team Design Program Managers make DoorDash's Design Studio run better. As owner of the Logistics pillar within Design Operations, you're accountable for one of our most important operating outcomes: maximizing the bandwidth of the team. About the Role You'll find where ICs and managers lose time, fragmented workflows, manual processes, meeting overload, unclear rhythms, and you'll define and build the tools and systems that fix it. That might mean shipping a new internal tool, automating a recurring workflow, redesigning how scheduling or reviews work, or establishing a better operating cadence. You own the full loop: diagnose the problem, design the system, build the tool, measure whether it worked. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own the Logistics outcome, maximize the bandwidth of the team. ICs and managers have more usable time. Meeting load decreases. The team can focus on high-value work. Identify the biggest sources of operational drag across the Studio and turn them into a prioritized roadmap of tools and process fixes. Define and build the tools, automations, and workflows that reduce manual coordination, including for scheduling, budgets, vendor management, and event logistics. Redesign how the Studio operates: reviews, planning cadences, rhythms for both ICs and managers, information flows, whatever determines how fast teams can move. Measure whether your systems work, usable time for ICs and managers, meeting load, adoption, hours of manual work eliminated, and iterate. Turn recurring requests into scalable solutions. The second time a problem shows up, build the thing that stops a third. Own scheduling, budget, vendor, and logistics programs as a builder, not a permanent executor, your job is to make them need less manual effort every quarter. Partner with (and, as scope grows, help develop) other DPMs on the Logistics pod. We're excited about you because you have… 5+ years in operations, program management, or bu
