Position Responsibilities: Act as workload manager for consultation requests submitted through any means (official Service Now requests, email requests, shoulder taps, etc.) with goal of having customers be comfortable with researching self-help articles and submitting requests through correct channels Gather customer feedback on processes and find ways to improve overall time to complete requests Incorporate feedback into regular daily activities utilizing Agile methodology, or Product Lifecycle Management processes Consult with customers (end-users) to gather requirements and identify if needs could be met with existing solutions or not Prioritize those requests to design, test, and implement a solution Work with appropriate product supplie
