At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Governance and Compliance platform is the operating layer enterprises trust to run their security programs. We are hiring an engineer who will own the architectural foundation that makes it work for their most complex organizational structures. Program Structure and Trust is a newly chartered group at Vanta with a focused mission: build the enterprise org model that lets customers bring their compliance and security structure — product lines, business units, isolated data environments, cross-cutting audits, scoped approvals, and data residency requirements — natively into the platform. The problems this team solves determine whether Vanta can serve the enterprise customers it's increasingly winning. This is the defining technical role of the group. The Principal Engineer owns the design, phased delivery, and long-term technical direction of Vanta's enterprise org model — a multi-quarter initiative that cuts across the platform and establishes the foundation for how enterprise customers structure, segment, and operate inside Vanta. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Staff Software Engineer on the Automation - Foundations team, you will lead the re-platforming of the data layer underneath Vanta’s entire compliance product. This is a migration that spans multiple teams, has to preserve every public API contract along the way, and cannot lose a single customer’s evidence while it happens. Foundations is Vanta’s data platform team. We ingest security and compliance data from across our customer’s environments, currently tens of thousands of resources per second, with single-customer bursts running into the millions. We store the data, catalog it, make it queryable, and turn it into evidence that has to survive a real SOC 2 or FedRAMP audit. We are in the middle of moving our platform from a Mongo-centric architecture to a schema-aware, Postgres-backed architecture, on a Kafka and S3 pipeline that decouples data fetching from processing. Both pipelines run in parallel today, the hard problems here are correctness under migration, eventual consistency, and multi-tenancy, in a domain where “mostly right” is not an acceptable failure mode. Visit our Vanta Engineering Blog to learn more about what our team is working on. What you'll do as a Staff Software Engineer at Vanta: Lead the migration of Vanta’s resource data model from a Mongo-centric solution to a schema-aware Postgres-backed solution and running both generations in parallel without breaking a customer integration. Drive solutions across teams that you do not own but are dependent on the platform built by your team. Design for correctness under eventual consistency with idempotent session handling, conditional writes that survive out

Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Product Platform org - the group that powers product development across Vanta by building the shared foundations that every engineering team builds on top of. This hire will join one of two closely-aligned teams within the org, each working on foundational challenges with company-wide impact. Application Primitives is responsible for the shared, customer-facing platform components that product teams implement across the product: examples include comments, notifications platform, event log infrastructure, and agentic audit trails. This team sits at the intersection of platform and product - not pure infrastructure, not pure product - building the reusable building blocks that let other teams ship faster and more consistently. Libraries & Foundations is a brand-new team that owns Vanta's internal engineering libraries and golden-path patterns. Sitting between core platform and product platform in the stack, this team builds the TypeScript-first abstractions and shared foundations that all Vanta engineers build on top of - including event-driven architecture libraries, code quality tooling, and test frameworks. You'll be evaluated for both teams based on your background and interests, and the decision on team placement will reflect where your skills and passions are the strongest fit. Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. Okta Workflows is the secure, no-code automation platform that empowers organizations to build identity-centric workflows across cloud applications — all without writing code. Our intuitive drag-and-drop interface allows enterprises to automate complex business processes at scale, enhancing productivity, enforcing security, and simplifying IT operations. Customers like Netflix, MGM, and NTT rely on Workflows to automate high-impact identity scenarios with speed and confidence. As we continue to scale, we’re investing in extensibility, developer experience, and performance. Join us to help shape the future of cloud automation and low-code development. Position Description We’re hiring a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join the Integration Builder team within Okta Workflows. This team owns the core no-code surface that enables both internal teams and third-party developers (ISVs) to build powerful integrations and automation experiences with ease. As a Staff Engineer, you’ll lead initiatives that span front-end and back-end services — delivering performant, secure, and scalable features. You’ll help define architecture, drive implementation, and collaborate closely with Design, PM, and Platform teams. You’ll also work directly with our technical architects to help shape what we build — and how we build it. This is a high-impact role in a growing, strategic product area with strong executive visibility. Role Details: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end feature

About the Role: Tubi's content platform is the engine behind one of the largest free streaming services in the world. Every play, every deal, every creator, every frame of video flows through systems CPE owns, and the surface area is enormous. Distributed services running on the hottest path of Tubi's traffic. Video pipelines processing one of the largest workloads in streaming. Workflow engines automating the operations that used to consume entire teams. Creator-facing products turning a back-office process into a real platform. And on top of all of it, an AI-native rebuild of the CMS that most companies aren't willing to attempt. This isn't a single-domain role. It's a platform where backend, frontend, video, infrastructure, and applied AI all collide at the scale where decisions actually matter, where an architectural choice ripples across millions of titles and billions of requests, and where the difference between "good enough" and "great" shows up in revenue. We're looking for builders who want to range across domains — backend one quarter, frontend the next, applied AI the one after that — and who want their work to be felt: by viewers when a title plays instantly, by creators when they go live the same day, by Content Ops when a workflow runs itself, and by the business when the platform stops being a cost center and starts being a force multiplier. The infrastructure is already there. The mandate is already there. What's missing is the people who want to build the thing, not talk about it. Come build it. This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. You must be willing to travel to our Toronto office two days/week. What You'll Do: You'll work on systems that sit at the heart of Tubi's business, where the content pipeline meets the viewer, the creator, and increasingly, the AI agent. The work spans the full stack of a modern content platform: distributed services, video infrastructure, workflow automation, and applied AI, all running at
