About the Role: We're seeking a Director of Product Support Operations to lead the team that runs how Tubi's Tech Org plans, executes, and ships. PSO is a deliberately lean, AI-first team of Technical Program Managers and Customer Experience specialists built around three durable jobs: orchestrating agentic systems, people, and the cross-team programs that land Tubi's most complex initiatives for over 100 million monthly active users. You will own the Tech Org's most complex, company-level programs, spanning live events, platform integrations, monetization, and financial operations, along with the agentic systems that carry the org's operational load. You will also own the customer experience function end to end and run the Tech Org's operating cadences, including planning cycles, executive business reviews, and org-wide communications. You'll work closely with engineering, product, design, data science, and finance leaders as a trusted executive partner. This team consists of builders, not just coordinators. If you're passionate about building with AI rather than coordinating around it, landing complex programs at company scale, and developing world-class talent while staying hands-on yourself, this is the role for you. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, or Toronto offices. What You'll Do: Define the multi-year strategy and 12-month roadmap for Product Support Operations, aligning the portfolio with company objectives Lead, develop, and recruit high-performing Technical Program Management and Customer Experience team members, setting a high bar through direct feedback and rigorous performance management Operate as a player-coach: personally design, ship, and maintain agentic workflows and lead high-stakes programs while modeling the builder-TPM standard for the function Own execution of the Tech Org's most complex, company-level programs spanning multiple organizations and external partners, with impact validated by metrics

Scale has been the leading AI data foundry, helping fuel the most exciting advancements in AI, including frontier model training, enterprise adoption, defense applications, and autonomous vehicles. Our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world's most important decisions. The next frontier for AI is the physical world. We're looking for an AI Product Manager to own the Robotics vertical within our Physical AI team. In this role, you'll own both the development of the data and training environments (the teleoperated demonstrations, real-world collections, simulated tasks, and annotation products that labs use to train and evaluate robot policies) and the "data as a product" strategy that powers them. You'll understand where physical AI is headed, decide what robot tasks and embodiments are worth collecting, how to source and structure the underlying data, and how to turn deep domain knowledge into a defensible product. About the Team DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We explore robotics and automation to transform last-mile logistics in the long term. If you want to work on commercializing autonomy and robotics in a service used by millions of people — and on bringing the merchant partners who power that service along with us — then we want to talk to you! About the Role Come help us redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and other advanced technologies. Autonomy only works when merchants — restaurants, retailers, and other partners — can reliably interact with our robots: handing off orders, troubleshooting edge cases, and trusting the experience enough to keep using it. This role owns that side of the equation. We're looking for a Merchant Success & Growth lead to build the strategy and operational mechanisms that get merchants onboard, keep them performing, and turn their day-to-day reality into a tight feedback loop for product and engineering. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own merchant adoption and performance KPIs for autonomy end-to-end — defining what "successful merchant interaction with a robot" means, instrumenting it, and driving improvement against it. Build the playbooks and operational mechanisms to onboard merchants to autonomy — from first conversation through training, go-live, and steady-state ops — and scale them across markets. Partner with sales, account management, and field ops to recruit and ramp the right merchant cohorts for each stage of the product, and design experiments that test new merchant-facing features and handoff models. Define merchant performance benchmarks (handoff success rate, dwell time, dasher/robot interaction quality, merchant CSAT) and run the cadence that holds partners and internal teams accountable to them. Stand up the feedback loop from the field back to product and engineering — turning merchant complaints, edge cases, and frontline observations into prioriti
