Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. About this role Okta’s Brand and Creative team is looking for a Brand Art Director to own the visual voice of Okta across our social media presence, from LinkedIn to YouTube. This is our first dedicated creative hire for social, and you will set the creative standard for how Okta shows up in the feed. Embedded day to day with our Social team, you will design at the speed of culture, turning complex identity and security stories into content people stop for, engage with, and share. Our audience is senior, technical, and skeptical, made up of the leaders and practitioners responsible for security and identity. Much of what we make is in service of "Okta Secures AI," our story about securing identity in the agentic era, which also spans the humans and machines behind it. Your job is to make that story impossible to scroll past, expressing it with simplicity and a point of view that earns attention. You think in native formats and recognizable creative wrappers, and you know how to stretch the brand while keeping it unmistakably Okta. You are equal parts designer and cultural antenna, with a strong point of view on why content works and the speed to move from idea to published asset. Most security assurance work is reactive: a customer asks, a team scrambles, an answer goes out. This role exists to end that cycle. As a Senior Staff Analyst, you’ll own a named portfolio of our most significant customers from a security perspective, and get ahead of what they need — their regulatory environment, their audit calendar, their risk appetite, their control expectations — well enough to have the evidence ready before the request arrives. You’ll lead customer security audits hands-on, sit across from customer security teams as a peer rather than a form-filler, and build account security plans that make the next assessment predictable instead of painful. This is deliberately a hands-on senior individual contributor role. You’ll spend your time in audits, in customer conversations, and in the detail of controls and evidence — not in a management chain. If you’ve got deep SOC 2 and ISO 27001 knowledge, real technical range across cloud architecture, identity and vulnerability management, and the presence to hold a room with a sceptical CISO, this is a portfolio you can genuinely own. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Own a portfolio of strategic accounts as their dedicated security point of contact, building durable relationships with their security, risk, compliance and procurement teams. Lead customer security audits and assessments hands-on — scoping, preparing evidence, running the sessions, defending control design and driving findings to closure with internal owners. Build and maintain an account security plan for each account: their frameworks and regulators, audit and reassessment cycles, known concerns, open items and the roadmap commitments they care about. Anticipate requirements before they’re raised, tracking regulatory change, industry expectations and each account’s compliance calendar so documentation and evidence are staged in advance. Act

The Okta Identity Governance Team Okta Identity Governance (OIG) is Okta's Identity Governance and Administration solution, responsible for some of the most critical and visible workflows in enterprise identity: how people request access, how approvers grant it, how entitlements are enforced, and how organizations prove to auditors that only the right people have the right access. OIG is the leading contributor to Okta's new product bookings, and it runs inside some of the largest enterprises in the world — the kind of accounts where a single tenant carries hundreds of thousands of identities across thousands of applications. Quality here is a compliance bar, not just a user experience one. When a governance product has a defect, a company can stay over-provisioned on access it believes it revoked, or hand an auditor evidence that isn't true. The Senior Engineering Manager, SDET Oppo

Software is eating the world, but AI is eating software. We live in unprecedented times – AI has the potential to exponentially augment human intelligence. Every person will have a personal tutor, coach, assistant, personal shopper, travel guide, and therapist throughout life. As the world adjusts to this new reality, leading platform companies are scrambling to build LLMs at billion scale, while large enterprises figure out how to add it to their products. To make them safe, aligned and actually useful, these models need human eval and reinforcement learning through human feedback (RLHF) during pre-training, fine-tuning, and production evaluations. This is the main innovation that’s enabled ChatGPT to get such a large headstart among competition. At Scale, our products include the Generative AI Data Engine, SGP, Donovan, and others that power the most advanced LLMs and generative models in the world through world-class RLHF, human data generation, model evaluation, safety, and alignment. The data we are producing is some of the most important work for how humanity will interact with AI. At the foundation of these products is the Identity Engineering team. In this role, you will help support the design and development of core software systems specifically focused on identity, access management, authorization, and authentication. You’ll also get widespread exposure to the forefront of the AI race as Scale sees it in enterprises, startups, governments, and large tech companies.
