About the Role: We're seeking a Director of Product Support Operations to lead the team that runs how Tubi's Tech Org plans, executes, and ships. PSO is a deliberately lean, AI-first team of Technical Program Managers and Customer Experience specialists built around three durable jobs: orchestrating agentic systems, people, and the cross-team programs that land Tubi's most complex initiatives for over 100 million monthly active users. You will own the Tech Org's most complex, company-level programs, spanning live events, platform integrations, monetization, and financial operations, along with the agentic systems that carry the org's operational load. You will also own the customer experience function end to end and run the Tech Org's operating cadences, including planning cycles, executive business reviews, and org-wide communications. You'll work closely with engineering, product, design, data science, and finance leaders as a trusted executive partner. This team consists of builders, not just coordinators. If you're passionate about building with AI rather than coordinating around it, landing complex programs at company scale, and developing world-class talent while staying hands-on yourself, this is the role for you. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, or Toronto offices. What You'll Do: Define the multi-year strategy and 12-month roadmap for Product Support Operations, aligning the portfolio with company objectives Lead, develop, and recruit high-performing Technical Program Management and Customer Experience team members, setting a high bar through direct feedback and rigorous performance management Operate as a player-coach: personally design, ship, and maintain agentic workflows and lead high-stakes programs while modeling the builder-TPM standard for the function Own execution of the Tech Org's most complex, company-level programs spanning multiple organizations and external partners, with impact validated by metrics

The Team + The Role Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team. This is a remote role supporting a West Coast territory. What this looks like day-to-day New customer acquisition and selling: Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition, product expansion, and expansion across lines of business. You identify customer pain, craft and deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations through requirements gathering, success criteria, installation guidance, and hands-on workshops. Complex implementations and value realization: Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training. You build customer-specific implementation playbooks, guide complex deployments with executive visibility, and ensure customers realize value during onboarding and over time. Adoption,
At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect, cultivating an inclusive environment where all team members can thrive. As the Business Systems Lead for Payroll & Time, you will lead Lyft's global migration onto Dayforce following recent acquisitions. Sitting within People Technology in Corporate Engineering and IT (CEIT), you'll join Lyft's Dayforce program at a formative moment: the initial rollout spans 12–15 countries over two-plus years, and you're joining early enough to directly shape how implementation, governance, and vendor management get done — not inherit a playbook someone else already wrote. You'll be backed by a mature, experienced Payroll Operations team who bring deep subject-matter expertise, while you own the technical and functional side: driving requirements, directing our systems integrator, and building the governance and vendor management model you'll run long-term as the platform's product/service owner. Sitting within People Technology in CEIT, you will drive requirements, make key functional decisions, and partner closely with Payroll Operations, HR, Legal, and Finance. You'll lead vendor delivery to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and time tracking across each migration wave, then own platform governance and vendor management long-term once the program stabilizes. We're looking for someone who can act as the translation layer between operations, executives, and technical teams — equally comfortable explaining payroll concepts to engineers and system constraints to business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Own Requirements and Direct the Implementation Partner Serve as the internal functional owner for the Dayforce payroll and time migration, driving requirements and directing the systems integrator partner. Translate payroll policy, collective bargaining terms, and statutory requirements — as defined by Payroll Operations and Legal — into actionable technical specifications. Validate vendor configurations against country-specific rule
