Datadog (NASDAQ: DDOG) is looking for a Product Strategy and Corporate Development Lead to drive Product vision, M&A, and venture investments for Datadog. You will work directly with Datadog's founders, partnering with Datadog's global engineering and product leaders to identify and execute transactions that expand our platform into new markets. This is not a traditional Corp Dev seat. You will operate on a small, high-autonomy team where technical depth matters as much as deal execution. You can expect to focus on the EMEA landscape, which is one of the most dynamic ecosystems in enterprise software right now, and you will be at the center of it. At the same time, you'll be working with our Product and Engineering leaders based in Europe, who will depend on you to be the fabric between our NYC and Paris HQs. Together, you'll be expected to go deep and autonomously explore new areas of expansion for us. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: (Describe role responsibilities here) Be close to our Product & Engineering leaders to discover new areas of interest and acceleration before an M&A target is even identified, and stay ahead of market trends in AI/ML, observability, security, and cloud infrastructure to inform Datadog's growth strategy Identify and evaluate M&A targets and venture investment opportunities across European markets, with a focus on AI-native and infrastructure companies Build deep relationships with founders, VCs, and accelerators across the Paris, London, and Iberian ecosystems to generate proprietary deal flow Lead end-to-end due diligence: technical product assessments, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and integration planning Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to assess techni
As organizations rapidly adopt AI applications and agentic systems, security teams need visibility and control over how these technologies are being used. Datadog's AI & Data Security product helps customers discover, secure, and govern AI usage across their environments ensuring sensitive data is properly managed from model training through production. As a Product Manager II for AI & Data Security, you will own capabilities for AI discovery, posture management, and data security; giving customers complete visibility into their AI applications, agents, and enabling ecosystem, with prioritized actions to operate AI systems securely. You'll partner with engineering, design, security research, and GTM teams to define and ship platform capabilities that help organizations adopt AI at scale. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Own the roadmap for AI & Data Security capabilities, including AI and data discovery & posture management. Define how security teams can assess and manage the security posture of AI-enabled systems, including configuration risks, sensitive data exposure, and policy violations. Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver new product capabilities end-to-end, from early concept through launch and iteration. Partner with Datadog security researchers to identify emerging risks in AI systems and translate them into actionable product features. Engage with customers to understand how they are adopting AI and validate solutions that help them operate these systems securely. Collaborate with go-to-market teams to enable adoption and communicate the value of AI security capabilities to customers. Who You Are: You have 3+ years of product management experience building technical products, ideally in security,
As a Network Engineer II on the Office Technology team, you will implement and support office network solutions across Datadog’s global offices. You will own well-scoped deployment and upgrade work, troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi, and partner with senior engineers on larger designs and cross-office initiatives. You will collaborate closely with vendors, Facilities, AV, IT Support, Security, and Infrastructure teams to keep Datadog offices connected, reliable, and observable. This is an IC2 role with a mix of project work and day-to-day operations. You will take ownership of clearly defined areas of the office network stack, execute production changes with care, and grow your ability to design, automate, and improve office network services with support from senior engineers. You will also use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve troubleshooting, documentation, automation, knowledge discovery, and operational follow-through. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Deploy and configure network solutions for new and existing offices, including switches, wireless access points, routers, and firewalls Own scoped portions of office rollouts and upgrade projects, from planning through execution and validation Partner with ISPs, cabling providers, hardware vendors, and internal teams to turn up new services and resolve issues Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi issues using structured debugging methods, packet capture, logs, and performance data Manage routing, VLAN, firewall, and wireless configurations following team standards and change-management processes Contribute to repeatable deployment patterns through templates, documentation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code Monitor office netwo
Datadog's Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) group is one of the company's fastest-growing product areas, spanning Real User Monitoring (RUM), Product Analytics, Synthetic Monitoring, Feature Flags, and Datadog Studio, our newest AI-native observability surface. As Director, you will own engineering for one or more of these product areas, with scope shaped by your background and interests, and you will manage 50-60 engineers through a team of Engineering Managers. You'll partner with Senior Directors and product leadership to shape the roadmap, not just execute against it, and you'll help drive AI adoption across engineering tooling, workflows, and product features. This role is based in Paris, one of Datadog's most established engineering hubs, with a clear growth path to Senior Director for the right candidate. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Own engineering for one or more DEM product areas with scope calibrated to your background and strengths Manage 50-60 engineers through a layer of Engineering Managers; this is a manager-of-managers role Shape the roadmap alongside product leadership rather than simply executing against it — push back on, iterate on, and help author the strategy for your area Drive AI adoption across the engineering org, from tooling and workflows to product features and team practices Navigate cross-team dependencies across DEM, APM, Core Platform, AI Platform, and Data Science Build and retain engineering talent in Paris, mentor Engineering Managers toward Director readiness, and participate in the on-call rotation Who You Are: You have directly managed Engineering Managers, not just individual contributors — this is a non-negotiable requirement for the role You integrate
The Behavior AI team builds the AI-based anomaly detection behind Datadog's security products. Our models learn what normal looks like across the billions of logs, events, and telemetry records flowing through the platform every second, and they flag the behavior that does not fit, on every record, in real time, at a cost that makes sense at our scale. What we build does not ship to a single feature. The same models power detection across many of Datadog's security products at once, so the work has impact well beyond any one team. Large general-purpose models are too slow and too expensive to run in that path, so we take the opposite approach: small, custom models, designed for high-throughput stream processing and optimized to run cheaply on every record. We are hiring a Senior Applied Scientist to build these models from start to finish. You will contribute to designing the architecture, training at scale, and the optimization work that takes a model from training to running efficiently on production traffic. This optimization requires a deep understanding of the constraints imposed by both the software and the hardware, together with the applied mathematics to work within them: often it comes down to finding a mathematical reformulation that fits those constraints better, and that judgment can decide whether a model reaches production at all. The work involves a number of open questions. How do you obtain most of the quality of a large model from one that is far smaller and cheap enough to run on the full stream? Where is it worth trading exactness for speed, and how do you reason about the error you accept? How do you make a small model's outputs clear enough that the detection engineers and analysts who rely on it can trust what it reports? If these are the problems you want to work on, we would like to hear from you. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture: the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it bring
