Learning & Development Partner – Data Engineering Business Experience: 10–13 Years Role Purpose The Learning & Development Partner will work closely with the Data Engineering business leadership to design, drive, and deliver learning strategies that build critical technical capability, leadership depth, and future-ready skills. Leadership and Behavioral Development Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for technical and people leaders within the Data Engineering function. Embed skills such as communication, stakeholder management, execution excellence, and people leadership. Learning Governance and Effectiveness Define success metrics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact. Review learning outcomes through feedback from managers, mentors, and participants.
