Learning & Development Partner – Data Engineering Business Experience: 10–13 Years Role Purpose The Learning & Development Partner will work closely with the Data Engineering business leadership to design, drive, and deliver learning strategies that build critical technical capability, leadership depth, and future-ready skills. This role acts as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring learning directly enables business growth, delivery excellence, and talent readiness. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Strategy Partner with Data Engineering leaders to understand business priorities, capability gaps, and future skill needs. Translate business goals into structured learning roadmaps covering technical, leadership, and behavioral competencies. Develop and execute an AI capability-building roadmap for employees, aligned with business priorities and emerging technology trends.
