About the Role The Senior Engagement Manager will play a strategic leadership role within the BCS Pharma Group, driving growth, delivery excellence, and capability building across pharmaceutical and life sciences engagements. This role combines client leadership, solutioning, practice development, and program ownership to help scale the pharma consulting and analytics practice. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor (beyond expert -only) to clients, lead high-impact engagements, contribute to pre-sales and proposal development, and build reusable assets, solutions, and thought leadership for the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling, deploying, and troubleshooting Fiori content activating apps, configuring OData services, and managing catalogs, spaces, and files. Front-end development experience (SAPUI5/Fiori Elements) is a strong plus and considered good to have, but not mandatory for this position. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Fiori administration on S/4HANA (Embedded and/or Hub/Central FES deployment). Deep, practical knowledge of Fiori application activation, OData service configuration, catalogs, groups, spaces and pages, target mappings, and tile management.
