Responsibility Partner with Product / Business / Tech owners and Design & Operation Leaders in understanding long-term capabilities / initiatives that need to be managed in-line with the Organizational strategic choices Review the business case and Own E2E (starting with solutioning till go-live) execution of one or more top level key strategic initiatives on need basis partnering with senior leadership team Besides managing and executing Strategic Programs, need to drive the Strategy Setting & Review exercises like OKR Finalisation, Quarterly/Monthly OKR Reviews Skills/Competencies required Education - B.Tech/B.E, MBA , PMP Certified Understanding of eCommerce industry and hands-on experience in driving complex strategic initiatives 7-10 Years of seasoned experience professional in project/ program management, preferable in supply chain, e-commerce business domains. Strong people skills: ability to influence people, negotiate and be unflustered in crucial conversations Strong affinity for data-based decision-making; adept at designing useful measurements Ability to thrive in an evolving/ambiguous environment and ability to deal with lack of clarity and vagueness Experience in partnering with Senior Leadership & driving Strategic Initiatives Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, in particular Agile methodologies and a know-how in adapting them

Roles and Responsibilities Own the architecture of Myntra’s new product platforms to drive business results Drive and own the architecture and design of some of the most advanced & complex software systems / products in the industry to create company wide impact Help build, mentor and coach a team of very talented Engineers, Architects, Quality engineers, System Operation Engineers and DevOps engineers in architectural and design best practices Experience in distributed systems, cloud service development, deployment and delivery Accountable for the design, for the ease of evolution, quality of the systems, performance, scaling, and availability characteristics and limitations of the systems Envision and develop the long-term architectural direction, with emphasis on platforms/ reusable components while adopting an agile delivery process.
