Responsibility Partner with Product / Business / Tech owners and Design & Operation Leaders in understanding long-term capabilities / initiatives that need to be managed in-line with the Organizational strategic choices Review the business case and Own E2E (starting with solutioning till go-live) execution of one or more top level key strategic initiatives on need basis partnering with senior leadership team Besides managing and executing Strategic Programs, need to drive the Strategy Setting & Review exercises like OKR Finalisation, Quarterly/Monthly OKR Reviews Skills/Competencies required Education - B.Tech/B.E, MBA , PMP Certified Understanding of eCommerce industry and hands-on experience in driving complex strategic initiatives 7-10 Years of seasoned experience professional in project/ program management, preferable in supply chain, e-commerce business domains.
