About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team in Hyderabad, India. This role will be a key member of the team responsible for the operational work that keeps our go-to-market organization running effectively. The Revenue Operations Analyst will focus primarily on data management, process execution, system testing, reporting, commissions support, and maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our revenue operations processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data and systems, investigating problems, and improving how work gets done. You will work closely with the Director of Revenue Operations and other members of the RevOps team while partnering with our Salesforce administrators and other teams when needed. Opportunity Overview: We are looking for a Senior Clinical Configuration Analyst to play a key role in the technical configuration of platform requirements for Cohere’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) clients. Reporting into our Senior Manager, PaaS Value Delivery, you will be part of a small, fast-paced team working directly with client-facing team members to understand and deliver key clinical configurations that are integral to helping new and existing clients meet their prior authorization automation goals.
