About the role: Candidate has to handle concerns and complaints raised by the customers/merchants on a day-to-day basis and make sure the daily tasks are being closed within the defined TAT with a good customer experience. Expectations/ Requirements: ● Resolving day-to-day queries of the customers/merchants via call/chat. ● Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency ● Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology ● Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. About the Role- Expectations/ Requirements: -Own marketing campaign operations & implementation design logic end to end in alignment with the marketing strategy decided upon -Own the monitoring and tracking of metrics useful for performance analyses of campaigns -Set up and run experiments on campaigns -Streamline operations for reduced errors and increased efficiency -Run root cause analyses and narrow down the cause(s) in cases of deviations from expected campaign behavior Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: -Familiarity with any CLM tool. Responsibilities: Knowledge of MS Office/Advanced MS Excel Good communications skills Email etiquettes Internal team coordination and data management Desired Candidate : Should be very prompt over email/calls A candidate with good communication skills is preferred Basic Excel knowledge is preferred.
