In this role, you will oversee payroll operations across APAC ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee payroll experience. What You’ll Do Oversee the entire monthly payroll cycles across India, Australia, Japan, and Singapore. Ensure accurate payrolls for new hires, exits, promotions, transfers and all types of variable pays. Conduct audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and different stakeholders on onboarding documentation, monthly variable pay, and all monthly payroll inputs.
