About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer for Implementation Partners at DevRev, you will be the technical bridge between DevRev, our implementation partners, and their customers. You will combine strong software engineering, systems integration, applied AI, and customer-facing problem solving to help partners successfully design, build, deploy, and scale solutions on the DevRev platform. This is not a traditional software engineering role. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, solution architecture, partner enablement, product expertise, and delivery . You will work directly with partners and customers to understand requirements, scope solutions, unblock implementations, and translate complex business workflows into AI agents, integrations, automations, and repeatable vertical solutions. About the Role: As a Forward Deployed Engineer at DevRev, you will work closely with our pre- and post-sales Customer Experience team by developing solutions over the core platform via applications written in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, etc. One of the key functions of this role is, building the Knowledge Graph that includes integration of DevRev with other SaaS and non-SaaS systems through webhooks and APIs and/ or real-time communication architectures.
