About the role As a Forward Deployed Engineer for Implementation Partners at DevRev, you will be the technical bridge between DevRev, our implementation partners, and their customers. You will combine strong software engineering, systems integration, applied AI, and customer-facing problem solving to help partners successfully design, build, deploy, and scale solutions on the DevRev platform. This is not a traditional software engineering role. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, solution architecture, partner enablement, product expertise, and delivery . You will work directly with partners and customers to understand requirements, scope solutions, unblock implementations, and translate complex business workflows into AI agents, integrations, automations, and repeatable vertical solutions. You will own the technical partner journey end to end — from onboarding, enablement, and certification through solutioning, implementation delivery, technical adoption, and ongoing partner success.
