JOB TITLE Back Office Operations Senior Associate A CAREER WITH POINT72’S BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS TEAM Point72’s Operations team supports all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting firmwide for all products, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange and futures, and digital assets across global markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform daily cash and P&L reconciliations, collaborating with global teams to resolve breaks efficiently. Complete assigned daily tasks and reviews strictly within established servicelevel agreements. Lead workload allocation and foster talent development across the team.
