Role & Responsibilities Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS systems, STP/WTP, fire alarm, and firefighting systems Maintain PPM schedules, asset registers, logbooks, and compliance documents Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, and maintenance records.
