About Bolna Bolna is a YC-backed voice AI orchestration platform built for the Indian market—powering multilingual, vernacular voice agents across Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, and 10+ languages at sub-500ms latency across collections, recruitment, sales, and e-commerce use cases. We are an orchestration layer, not a model company: our moat is outcome-labelled vernacular data, rigorous evaluation infrastructure, and a growing taxonomy of how Indian enterprise voice AI fails in production. Why This Role Exists Product decisions at Bolna increasingly hinge on rigorous, code-mixed-aware data analysis—and not just one kind. On one side, there is model and evaluation rigor: LLM benchmarking for post-call intelligence, ASR/WER evaluation, inter-rater reliability on human-labelled calls, and routing and latency economics. On the other, there is product and growth insight: understanding where self-serve users drop off in their journey, what patterns emerge across lakhs of monthly calls, and which use cases and configurations are actually working. Both currently sit with the Head of Product alongside strategy and roadmap ownership. We need a dedicated analyst to own the execution and recurring cadence across both-freeing product leadership to act on findings rather than produce them. What You’ll Do Model and Evaluation Analysis LLM and model benchmarking: Run structured comparisons across model providers such as Sarvam, DeepSeek, Gemini, and Claude variants for tasks including post-call extraction and LLM-as-judge scoring. Evaluate cost, accuracy, fill rate, and TTR, with particular attention to Hinglish and code-mixed content. Evaluation infrastructure: Build and maintain LLM-as-judge pipelines using tools such as DeepEval, design and track evaluation metrics, and run inter-rater reliability analysis such as Krippendorff’s alpha across human call reviewers. Golden dataset creation: Support the construction of golden datasets for ASR and transcript labelling, including flagging co

About the role (Remote) We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our global UX team. You'll own design within your product cluster — working directly with the engineers and PMs in those areas to define problems, shape solutions, and ship work that holds up. This is an end-to-end role. You lead discovery, define the interaction model, produce specs, and stay close through implementation. You're also expected to contribute to the systems and standards the whole team relies on. The Senior Product Designer will report to our Product Design Manager, and will work with our EU, UK and US based designers. Partner with PMs to shape requirements and with engineers to protect design intent through delivery Contribute to Showpad's design systems — adding components, documenting patterns, raising consistency across product areas Communicate design rationale through strategic storytelling: you can walk a PM, an engineer, and a senior stakeholder through the same decision and each one gets what they need Establish scalable AI-assisted workflows for your own work — research synthesis, rapid prototyping, concept generation — and help others on the team use them effectively Deliver UX solutions that measurably improve

You'll define how a product area is positioned and brought to market, own the go-to-market strategy, and execute it across segments. We expect you to build the engine while staying deeply in the work, writing the messaging, running the launch, and reading the results yourself. About the role DevRev is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Computer Data and Analytics Platform – a hands-on product leader who will own the trusted data foundation that makes Computer precise, useful, and safe across every experience. Computer should not merely report on work. It should understand customer, product, and operational context; reason across it; and help people and agents take the right action. The Computer Data and Analytics Platform makes that possible through a unified, governed, low-latency data layer that turns data from DevRev and connected systems into durable context for humans, applications, analytics experiences, and AI agents. About the role You'll define the design infrastructure that every product team at DevRev builds on. Where L4 designers own specific product areas, your work is more structural: evolving Arcade (our design system), defining global interaction patterns, building design tooling, and ensuring that foundational decisions compound across the platform rather than fragment. You're part designer, part design engineer - someone who thinks architecturally and isn't afraid to get into code, prototyping environments, or toolchain automation to make the whole team faster and more consistent. What you'll do Shape Arcade's architectural evolution - identifying when the system can't support new needs and proposing solutions that maintain coherence. Define global patterns that multiple product teams adopt: layout systems, responsive behaviour, data display conventions, navigation structures.
