Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end technical project delivery across the SDLC. Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and cross-team coordination. Maintain RAID logs, project reports, and status updates. Continuously improve project management processes and delivery efficiency. Requirements 4–5 years of Project/Program Management experience in engineering or product organizations. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. Experience tracking engineering delivery metrics and managing project risks. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
