This position will be responsible for leading end-to-end plant operations with accountability for safety, production, quality, cost, statutory compliance, process efficiency, and people development. The role requires strong leadership in non-ferrous/minor metals processing, including smelting, refining, electrowinning/electrolysis, casting, material handling, utilities, and plant performance improvement.
