Opportunity Overview: We’re looking for a senior-level automation engineer who will help raise the bar on release quality, environment reliability, and change safety across Cohere’s platform. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Platform, and SRE to build scalable automation, guardrails, and validation systems that reduce production risk while increasing delivery velocity. This is not a “test scripts only” role. About the Role Redwood is scaling public cloud infrastructure and AI features across multiple product lines, and we need a FinOps Lead to bring rigor, visibility, and accountability to that spend. This is a senior individual-contributor role with the authority to drive cross-functional cost governance directly.
