Spinnaker Support has an immediate need for a PostgreSQL Technical Solution Architect (TSA) to join our team in India. The TSA will possess deep technical expertise across PostgreSQL database technologies, enterprise open-source ecosystems, and associated high availability, performance, migration, and cloud-native architectures. The TSA will engage in critical aspects of database support delivery and solution lifecycle management including technical analysis, architecture design, migration planning, performance optimization, troubleshooting, implementation, customer advisory, team development, and pre-sales support activities. The TSA will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, providing expert-level architectural guidance for complex PostgreSQL environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud deployments. The role requires the ability to manage technical compliance, operational resilience, and best practices throughout all stages of the database lifecycle. Technical Project Manager India Jaipur, Rajasthan Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution Oversee end-to-end software development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment. Develop project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Identify risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate them. Technical Leadership Work closely with development teams specializing in PHP, Node.js, React, and mobile technologies (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter, or native development). Guide architecture decisions and ensure best practices in backend, frontend, and mobile development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and system specifications. Ensure code quality, security, and scalability in custom-built applications.
