Promote DTDC's domestic, international, express, e-commerce, and logistics services. 2. Office Administration Manage daily office operations. Handle customer bookings and shipment processing. Prepare invoices, receipts, and daily cash reports. Maintain office records and documentation. Coordinate with delivery staff and operations team. 3. Operations Support Coordinate pickup requests. Track shipments and provide updates to customers. Resolve delivery exceptions by coordinating with DTDC hubs and branches.
