You’ll design and deliver secure, scalable, serverless systems on AWS using TypeScript and Node.js, modernize critical platform components, and set the technical direction for multiple teams. You’ll also lead how AI capabilities are integrated across the product ecosystem, ensuring they are transparent, observable, and compliant. If you enjoy system-level thinking, complex distributed architectures, and mentoring senior engineers while still staying close to the code, this role gives you company-wide impact and the opportunity to define the long-term technical vision. Here’s a summary of the role: Every enterprise deal reaches the moment where someone in security says “prove it.” You’re the person who answers — quickly, accurately, and with the evidence to back it up. As an Analyst II on our Trust & Assurance team, you’ll own a live queue of security questionnaires, third-party due diligence assessments, RFP security sections and customer assurance requests. You’ll draft at speed using AI-assisted response tooling, then verify every answer against our approved answer library, current SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and the underlying evidence before it leaves your hands. Accuracy is the whole game here: a wrong answer in a customer questionnaire is a commitment we didn’t mean to make. The best part is that you won’t just work the queue — you’ll shrink it. Every recurring question you turn into a published answer on our trust site is a ticket that never comes back. If you’ve spent two to four years in security GRC, compliance, IT audit or customer assurance, you’re precise under volume, and you like being measured on turnaround time and first-pass accuracy, you’ll do well here. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Own a high-volume queue of security questionnaires, due diligence assessments, RFP security sections and assurance requests, delivering accurate responses within SLA. Use AI-assisted response tooling to draft at speed, then verify every answer against the approved answer library, current certifications and underlying evidence before it goes out. Triage and route incoming requests using established playbooks — resolving the routine independently and escalating anything novel, contractual or architecturally complex. Maintain and expand the answer library by adding approved answers, retiring stale ones and flagging inconsistencies, so the same question never has to be researched twice. Build out trust site and customer-facing content, and show commercial teams how to

As a Professional Services Data Entry Specialist, you turn complex client records into clean, reliable datasets and documents that board members, legal, risk, and compliance teams rely on to make decisions. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with governance data, migrate it between platforms, build smart questionnaires for directors and officers, and use Excel, databases, and AI tools to streamline how information is captured and maintained. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, spot data issues early, and suggest better ways of working so implementations run smoothly and clients are set up for long-term success. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Migrate and transform client corporate governance data and documents into Diligent platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Build and configure Director & Officer questionnaires so clients can collect the right information from the right stakeholders. Run regular data quality checks, validate data against source records, and quickly correct errors to maintain high data integrity. Use advanced Excel functions, databases, and AI tools to manage, format, and optimize large data sets and bulk document uploads/downloads. Partner directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to clarify requirements, resolve data or technical issues, and provide clear progress updates. Identify and help implement improvements to data workflows, templates, and automation to make delivery faster, more consistent, and more scalable. These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview Hands-on experience in a data-focused role (for example, data specialist, data analyst, data migration, or similar) in a professional environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for manipulating and analyzing data
