THE ROLE As the Engineering Manager for Drive Qualification, you will lead a high-performing Bangalore team dedicated to validating Everpure-developed SSDs across performance, reliability, and firmware maturity. In this impactful leadership position, you will own the end-to-end validation strategy for hyperscale and datastore programs, establishing a center of excellence for system-level robustness. Partnering closely with cross-functional firmware, hardware, and analytics teams globally, your mission is to deliver comprehensive qualification coverage that ensures our enterprise storage platforms launch with ultimate confidence and quality. WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead and Scale the Team: Coach, mentor, and grow a multi-level validation engineering team, building a culture of ownership, clear domain expertise, and continuous career development. Drive Validation Strategy: Own the execution roadmap for core qualification domains (including PCIe, NVMe/OCP, and power-loss robustness) across critical milestone gates from engineering samples to final product release. A well-curated online and/or print portfolio/case study demonstrating UX/UI design skills, curiosity, positive attitude and strong drive to learn from a fast paced environment. Proven UX/UI design experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Additionally experience in data informed and customer centric approach to design is key. Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototype, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Experience in simplifying complex information through end-to-end experiences designs while co-creating with all the senior designers for smooth implementation. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, rools, and technologies and their role in a commercial environment. 1-2 years of relevant experience with a B. DeS/M. Root cause analysis and Deep dive analysis of certain product problems Running and maintaining the reporting system, presenting insights at a weekly forum Building templates, dashboards in Power BI, Gsheets for operational and management reporting Data extraction as per business request for Ad hoc analysis Business analysis and understanding Evaluating metrics to be tracked as per business goals, exploring other available metrics for deeper understanding of product performance Work in a fast-moving environment, across multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and detailing Desired Skills and Experience: 3 - 5 years working with large data sets and conducting quantitative analysis Some understanding of Statistics and prior experience of building statistical models (e.g. hypothesis testing, product experimentation, A/B Testing, regressions).
