About the MS/PhD Data Scientist Internship Our data scientists conduct research through data mining and statistical modeling to discover insights from large, complex data sets that are used by our investment professionals to make investment decisions. Join the Credit Risk team within the Financial & Operational Risk subteam of Finance. You'll support the underwriting, monitoring, and analysis of counterparty and asset-level credit risk across Coinbase's global institutional client base. Working alongside risk professionals and product teams, you'll gain hands-on experience evaluating complex exposures in digital asset lending and trading, and your work will directly inform credit decisions and risk reporting for leadership.
