What you'll do We're looking for a business value strategist to join our pricing team. You'll partner with sales and customers throughout complex enterprise sales cycles to develop customer-specific value frameworks, build rigorous ROI models and investment cases grounded in operating and financial metrics, and translate Sierra's impact into measurable outcomes such as lower operating costs, incremental revenue, and stronger customer loyalty. You'll also create and scale repeatable, industry-specific business cases and establish Sierra's business value framework from the ground up. We're looking for a Senior Director, AI Enterprise Transformation to lead enterprise-wide AI adoption by partnering with technology and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
