About the role As a Partners Solutions Architect on the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be a Pre-Sales architect focused on cultivating technical relationships with our Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs), and our cloud partners . You will strengthen our relationships with key partners to accelerate indirect revenue, enable their AI practices, and execute on long-term GTM strategy. Responsibilities: Strategic Technical Partnership : Be a technical thought partner to the Anthropic GTM partnerships team, providing technical expertise to better understand the partner landscape, driving key strategic programs, and identifying opportunities to deepen partner technical capabilities. Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, evangelize Anthropic in their developer communities, and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues. Joint Solution Development: Collaborate with partners to identify high value industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions and codify reference architectures / best practices to accelerate time to deployment Customer Deal Support: Intervene directly to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance. Partner Ecosystem & Events : Represent Anthropic at partner events such as GSI customer workshops, summits, and industry conferences. About the team The Applied AI Engineering team helps enterprises put Codex to work on their most important engineering workflows. We work alongside customer engineers to turn frontier AI capabilities into systems that improve how software is built, shipped, secured, and operated. Our work spans unfamiliar codebases, legacy systems, data pipelines, infrastructure, and enterprise integrations. We discover where AI can make a meaningful difference, build and prove solutions, and turn what we learn into reusable architectures, tools, and feedback that help shape Codex. About the Role We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys understanding complex systems, building alongside customers, and solving problems where the path forward isn’t obvious. You’ll work directly with technical leaders and engineers to identify valuable opportunities and take them from discovery through implementation and evaluation. You might build a Codex-assisted release review workflow, modernize a legacy data pipeline, accelerate a dependency migration, or connect an agent to the systems and context it needs to investigate production incidents. You’ll combine hands-on software engineering, architecture, and technical leadership to make Codex part of how customers get important work done. Success means delivering the agreed solution, demonstrating measurable improvement, and helping the customer sustain and expand its use. Working with our product, engineering, research, and account teams, you’ll turn deployment experience into evidence that informs improvements to Codex. About the Role As an Applied AI Engineer you will partner directly with leading organizations to design, build, and deploy AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will combine deep technical judgment, hands-on engineering, and customer leadership to take ambitious ideas from use-case selection and architecture through prototyping, evaluation, production launch, and scale. You will write and debug code, build evaluation systems, resolve complex integrations, and guide decisions involving model behavior, reliability, latency, cost, safety, security, governance, and operational readiness. About the role Anthropic’s APAC go-to-market organisation is the fastest-growing part of our international business, spanning markets with distinct languages, cultures and buying styles. Today, enablement for the region is delivered by our global and EMEA teams. As we scale in APAC, we are establishing an initial in-region enablement presence, based in Sydney and supporting the field across the region. As Enablement Lead, you will be hands-on in getting the APAC field ready: onboarding, ongoing skill development, manager coaching support and launch readiness, across GTM functions, not just sales. You will spend most of your time in the room, running sessions, building programmes and working directly with sellers and managers, in the time zones and languages where customer conversations happen. This is a build role with a global spine. You inherit a working global and international enablement engine. Your job is to adapt it for APAC, deliver it across the region, and feed what you learn back into the international and global programme. How we work: adults learn by doing, so we build sessions around live activity: practice, reflection, real customer scenarios. The measure is not what was covered in the room.
