About the Role Come help us redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and other advanced technologies. Autonomy only works when merchants — restaurants, retailers, and other partners — can reliably interact with our robots: handing off orders, troubleshooting edge cases, and trusting the experience enough to keep using it. This role owns that side of the equation. We're looking for a Merchant Success & Growth lead to build the strategy and operational mechanisms that get merchants onboard, keep them performing, and turn their day-to-day reality into a tight feedback loop for product and engineering. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own merchant adoption and performance KPIs for autonomy end-to-end — defining what "successful merchant interaction with a robot" means, instrumenting it, and driving improvement against it. Build the playbooks and operational mechanisms to onboard merchants to autonomy — from first conversation through training, go-live, and steady-state ops — and scale them across markets. Partner with sales, account management, and field ops to recruit and ramp the right merchant cohorts for each stage of the product, and design experiments that test new merchant-facing features and handoff models. Define merchant performance benchmarks (handoff success rate, dwell time, dasher/robot interaction quality, merchant CSAT) and run the cadence that holds partners and internal teams accountable to them. About the Team Our US Marketplace team is responsible for growing the DoorDash business in the US, helping customers to discover & order what’s best in their city, merchants to grow their sales, and dashers to find flexible work. About the Role The US Marketplace team is looking for a motivated and hands-on Associate Manager to join the Strategy & Operations Growth and Markets team. You will own a portfolio of projects aimed at growing the core Marketplace business, working closely with DoorDash’s product, marketing, finance, and analytics teams.You’ll have the opportunity to help grow strategic markets, identify new growth bets, incubate 0-1 experiments, and execute on a roadmap to drive growth. About the Team Our New Verticals team launched in 2020 with the purpose of delighting our customers and empowering local communities outside of just restaurants. Since then, we’ve launched Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail, and DashMarts while also building merchant services, dasher tooling and consumer products. New Verticals is the growth engine of DoorDash’s business and we are continuing to build and scale new businesses everyday! Grocery is one of our highest priority, most complex verticals that is key to acquiring consumers to new verticals outside of just restaurants. About the Role We are hiring an Associate on our Grocery Merchant Strategy & Operations teams to drive growth in our enterprise grocery business. In this role, you will drive key initiatives supporting some of our largest merchants on the platform. This role will be highly dynamic, and a given day may include deep analysis of a customer journey, ideating and setting up a test for a new growth bet that you wish to productize, building a point of view on the financial viability of a new initiative or deal. ABOUT THE TEAM The Sales Compliance team makes sure DoorDash and Deliveroo charge every merchant correctly and sell in a way that is compliant and built to scale. We own sales controls, revenue assurance, and order-to-cash (OTC) controls across the Merchant organization, from the signed contract, to how it is configured in our systems, to the charge a merchant sees. We are part of Sales Strategy & Operations, which builds the go-to-market strategies, processes, and systems that help our sales teams move faster and grow revenue across every business line. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Sales Compliance for our new and emerging businesses, and to run it like a strategy and operations business, not a checklist. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and team behind DoorDash’s sales controls: key SOX revenue controls, contract-to-system-to-charge reconciliations, and the systems, data, and processes that make compliant selling the default. Your mandate is to protect revenue and audit outcomes while making it easier, not harder, for Sales to grow. About the Role We’re seeking a senior commercial infrastructure lawyer to lead legal work across our rapidly growing data center development and colocation portfolio. You will advise on complex, high-value transactions involving new data center sites, power, construction, colocation, and related infrastructure arrangements. This role is designed for a lawyer who understands how data centers are developed and operated—not a general real estate practitioner. You will work closely with infrastructure, finance, procurement, and operations teams, while coordinating outside counsel where appropriate, to help projects move quickly and responsibly. San Francisco is preferred, and occasional travel may be required. In this role, you will: Lead commercial legal strategy and risk management for data center development and colocation transactions.
