About the Role: We are seeking an Associate Manager to lead a defined set of Forecasting workstreams and strengthen the team’s operating model. This role goes beyond forecast production. You will own workstream performance from end to end, including forecast quality, prioritization, business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. You will translate complex data into clear recommendations, make informed tradeoffs, and help leaders understand key risks, opportunities, and decisions. You will also guide and develop analysts through coaching, technical support, and clear performance expectations. The ideal candidate combines analytical depth, strategic judgment, operational discipline, and strong cross functional influence.
