About the Team The DoorDash Campaign Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant CRM communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM and lifecycle marketing experts who build, QA, and launch email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. About the Role As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing, and launching CRM and Lifecycle Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This is a hands-on CRM execution and QA role — not a brand, content, social media, performance-marketing, or campaign-strategy position. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. About the Role This role will serve as a key execution partner to the GenAI Customer Compliance Manager, with a strong focus on supporting GenAI delivery workflows through embedded compliance operations and Legal coordination. The GenAI Compliance Operations & Programs Associate will sit at the intersection of Delivery, Ops, and Legal, ensuring that compliance considerations are integrated early in the project lifecycle, risks are clearly identified and prioritized, and Legal is engaged with the right context at the right time. By owning execution, coordination, and delivery integration, this role frees the Customer Compliance Manager to focus on strategy, governance, and risk frameworks. Evaluate incoming work for compliance risk signals (e.g., data sensitivity, copyright exposure, privacy concerns); triage and prioritize requests for Legal based on risk, scope, and delivery timelines. Partner with Engagement Management to translate and execute risk mitigation at both the project and customer level, gather operational input to develop and prioritize systematic compliance controls, and train/educate Ops stakeholders on common or emerging compliance risks. Ensure Legal receives clear, structured, and actionable context; coordinate reviewers across Legal and internal teams to support SLA adherence. Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do This role leads cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment, leveraging strong SAP expertise to manage product costing, inventory control, manufacturing variances, and financial compliance, in close partnership with operations. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on material characteristics, MRO, and production processes for internal customers, ensuring accurate and reliable operational knowledge. Own product cost analysis and SAP ERP reporting, ensuring accurate cost roll‑ups, inventory balances, manufacturing and price variances, and providing key insights to operations and finance leadership to support annual roll‑up activities and cost accuracy. Design, maintain, and analyze ERP and operational data, ensuring data integrity, effective reporting, and seamless integration of information to support finance analysts and business objectives.
