As an Automation Equipment Technician , you will play a critical role in sustaining and improving advanced automation equipment within the manufacturing environment. This position requires strong technical skills in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment optimization, while collaborating closely with Shift Operations, Equipment Engineers, and tool vendors. You will ensure equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement, and support automation initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Repair and maintain automation equipment such as AMHS (Automated Material Handling System), ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System), and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles). Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues in electro-mechanical equipment. Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, and technical manuals. Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration activities to maintain equipment within specifications. Implement equipment modifications as directed by engineering teams.
