Band 7 Nuclear Medicine Technologist Locum – Walsall Location: Walsall Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Working Hours: Monday – Sunday shifts between 08:00 – 20:00 Pay Rate: £30.00 - £35.00 P/H Key Responsibilities: A Band 7 Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for providing compassionate patient care, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, performing and monitoring imaging procedures, and adhering to strict radiation safety protocols. They supervise other technologists and support staff, conduct quality control on equipment and radiopharmaceuticals, maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in continuing education to stay updated with advancements in the field.
