The Role As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for Bloomerang by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential nonprofit customers who may not be actively looking for a new solution. Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective healthcare payer customers, generating qualified meetings, and helping build a strong sales pipeline for our commercial organization. You'll partner closely with Sales Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to execute targeted outbound campaigns and connect prospective customers with Cohere's innovative healthcare solutions. What you’ll do: Generate qualified meetings through strategic outbound prospecting using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other approved channels. Research healthcare payer organizations and identify key decision-makers, buying committees, and executive stakeholders. Partner with Sales Executives to develop strategic outreach plans for target accounts and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
