Qualification
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive revenue in a fast-paced setting. • Availability to work a casual schedule including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days and during events. • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team while servicing a diverse fan base with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and make genuine connections with members, fans, and customers. • High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail to maintain sales floor and stockroom presentation at all times. • A fun, professional demeanour and a proven ability to maintain a positive, can-do attitude when overcoming obstacles in a busy environment. • A genuine interest in AFL and the broader Australian elite sports landscape, with the motivation to build deep product knowledge of Team and League inventory.
