Our Commercial Sales Representatives will design, present and sell our award-winning security and automation solutions, through lead generating and prospecting activities using company provided tools. In this role, you’ll be responsible for commercial sales. You’ll work one-on-one with businesses to present, design, and sell our award-winning security and automation solutions. What you'll do: Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets Develop and maintain outstanding working relationship with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goal is achieved What’s In It For You: $60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings Base salary guarantee plus commissions on top. Essential Functions: Legal Support for Commercial Matters: Represent nCino in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial contracts, including master agreements for subscription services, amendments to customer contracts, professional services statements of work and change orders, data protection agreements, and nondisclosure agreements Work with other legal team members and sales, accounting, and sales operations teams on deal structures and terms Work with lead commercial attorney on a variety of projects including playbook drafting, process improvements, and template updates Work with subject matter experts for topics such as security, data privacy, AI, intellectual property, and product teams as needed for contract negotiation Explain nCino’s legal position to internal teams and in customer calls and emails Support the resolution of commercial contract disputes, including analyzing contractual rights and obligations and drafting correspondence in response to customer claims Other Legal Support as Needed: Draft, review, and negotiate other contracts, including vendor contracts and partnership agreements Ensure contracts are in line with company policies and comply with applicable laws and regulations Support internal team and corporate projects and work groups, providing the legal point of view to advance priorities Identify potential legal risks in partnership with the team and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member in good standing 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, with a firm understanding of contract law Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Adaptability to
