Job description
Ice Miller seeks a mid-senior level M&A associate attorney to join our business practice group in Cleveland. Ideal candidates will have four (4) to eight (8) years of experience. About the Role: In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactional and general corporate work. Candidates should have broad-based M&A and corporate experience and significant experience drafting and reviewing a wide variety of corporate documents. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, a team-oriented mentality, and be a motivated self-starter with strong law school credentials and references. Responsibilities: Lead and/or assist in advising corporate clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate legal issues Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and partners to draft and negotiate transaction document
