The Opportunity As an instructor, you will be responsible for the delivery of our technical content and supporting our apprentices in upskilling in these technical areas through workshops and drop in sessions. You will help apprentices develop the appropriate Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours throughout their programme. Senior Manager, Coach & Instructor Enablement FTC 14 months Coach & Instructor Enablement exists to make the delivery organisation measurably better at retaining learners and delivering successful outcomes consistently, predictably and at scale.
