As our Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll: Be a trusted pre-sales advisor across a broad product range, supporting commercial efforts across all the Revenue functions within GWI. This role will sit across two disciplines within Solutions Consulting: Subject Matter Expert and Data Out. The Subject Matter Experts team works closely with the sales teams in order to create and curate proactive solutions for the client’s challenges, helping to drive commercial growth across GWI’s data and insight products. The Data Out Solutions team are responsible for helping revenue leads sell in GWI’s data integration solutions, supporting discovery calls, pitches and ultimately helping to grow adoption of this portfolio of solutions. Solutions Consultants work across a number of verticals, supporting opportunities for a wide array of clients and prospects, from Fortune 500 well known companies to smaller scale ups and boutique agencies. The Fraud Consulting Lead is responsible for building and maturing our retro-as-a-service and POC program and driving adoption of our fraud products. The role sits between our data team and the customer (i.e., the role will not build the models, but will need to understand the output well enough to clearly and compellingly present the business case and work with technical stakeholders and customers.) About the Role Ramp is hiring a Director of Technical Consulting to lead the post-sales Technical Consultant (TC) organization. This leader will own how Ramp helps complex customers move from signed deal to successful activation, with particular focus on technical implementation, integrations, and the operating model that allows the team to scale. You will lead a growing organization of Technical Consultants and frontline managers, partnering closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
