At VTS, you’ll join a high-impact, AI-augmented CS team that’s rethinking how modern enterprise client success is executed. You will: Build Elite Partnerships: Establish deep, "trusted advisor" relationships with executive sponsors, asset managers, and senior decision-makers across the country, aligning VTS with their ultimate macroeconomic business goals. Drive Strategic Value Realization: Move far beyond simple onboarding; you will serve as a core change leader, proactively identifying workflow gaps and challenging enterprise clients when necessary to maximize their ROI. Command Retention: Partner hand-in-hand with Sales and senior leadership to lease Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), dictate retention strategies, and identify expansion and upsell opportunities. Collaborate Within a Coordinated Ecosystem: Seamlessly orchestrate cross-functional initiatives alongside Sales, Implementation, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure an elite, unified client experience. Role Overview We're looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with our enterprise customers after they sign. You'll be accountable for adoption, retention, and growth — making sure customers get real value from our models, stay for the long run, and expand their usage over time. You'll be the face of Datalab for every account you own: their trusted advisor, their first call when something matters, and the person keeping their goals moving forward. You will be the commercial and relationship manager who owns the account strategy after a deal has been signed. You'll orchestrate the right people internally so the customer always feels progress. You'll know the product and the customer's architecture well enough to lead most conversations yourself, and you'll pull in Engineering when an account needs it. We also have a long tail of self-serve customers using our API. We operate at the intersection of customer delivery and core platform development. About the Role We are looking for customer-focused software engineers to build effective custom software that leverages OpenAI’s APIs to solve real customer problems. As an FDSWE, you will work with our customers and OpenAI Forward Deployed Engineers to design and implement scalable solutions that solve their most difficult problems. You will design abstractions to solve customer problems, and then use them to scale our speed and quality of delivery across all Forward Deployed engagements. Position Overview: The Product Compliance Requirements Analyst for Diligent Entities will support the US compliance angle of the market-leading entity management solution. Working closely with the Principal Product Compliance Advisor, this role is responsible for translating US corporate compliance requirements into clear, actionable product requirements. The Analyst will focus on delivery: breaking down complex or ambiguous compliance problems into discrete, actionable requirements, running discovery, and producing detailed documentation the Product and Engineering teams can build against. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role rather than a strategic or external-facing one, with daily engagement across Product Management, Engineering, customers, and Customer Success. Key Responsibilities Support the Principal Product Compliance Advisor in ensuring Diligent Entities meets US corporate compliance requirements. Conduct discovery on US corporate compliance and filing requirements, breaking findings down into identifiable, actionable elements. Gather, document, and maintain detailed product requirements for US compliance-related features and changes. Translate regulatory and legislative detail into requirements that Product Managers and Engineering can act on and prioritise. Initially the successfully candidate will focus on US requirements, and the remit may expand to other jurisdictions over time.
