Global Payroll Time & Attendance Associate Job Summary The Global Payroll Time & Attendance Associate supports accurate, timely, and compliant timekeeping activities across multiple countries and employee populations. This role collects and validates time data, resolves exceptions, supports time-off and attendance processes, completes payroll-related audits, and ensures approved time information is transferred accurately to payroll. The associate partners with Payroll, People Experience, managers, Digital/HRIS teams, service centers, and external vendors to resolve issues, support system changes, and improve the colleague experience. The role also contributes to documentation, testing, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Time & Attendance Operations Collect, review, and validate time and attendance data according to established payroll calendars and country requirements. Generate time and attendance reports and prepare approved information for transfer to payroll systems. Review timecards for missing punches, incomplete records, incorrect schedules, pay-code issues, and other discrepancies. Research and resolve timekeeping inquiries and cases submitted by colleagues, managers, and business partners.<sp

Support the design and execution of 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 ABX marketing programs for the Commercial (Small and Midsize Business) segment, combining digital tactics, such as paid social and programmatic display, with dedicated field plays, such as direct mail, to break into and expand high-value accounts. Serve as both strategist and operator for the region: help define the marketing plan and lead execution across paid media, field marketing, and event teams. Architect the operating model and playbooks for dedicated programs and partner with cross-functional marketing teams to execute dedicated programs where regional support is needed, maintaining consistent quality and cadence across the Americas.
