That’s where you come in! The Director of Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering leads Hasbro's critical infrastructure transformation: moving completely from on-premises data centers to AWS. This role also involves implementing cloud-native security to enable active detection and response. It is an enterprise-wide position supporting Hasbro and its studios, including Wizards of the Coast. Reporting to the VP of Infrastructure Engineering and Operations, this is a senior leadership role. You will be responsible for Cloud Platform Engineering, Data Center Services, and Site Reliability Engineering. You will run the associated P&Ls and FinOps subject area. You will also lead the governance model for a rapidly growing AWS environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO Cloud Platform, Strategy & Reliability Define and own the multi-year cloud strategy and roadmap. This includes target-state architecture and hybrid/multi-cloud posture. Establish cloud as an internal product with clear SLAs and a self-service, paved-road platform model. The Magic TCG Studio is looking for an Art Director who is passionate about fantasy art, physical product design, and exploring how specialty print can bring extraordinary collectible cards to life. This is a tactical, hands-on role where you’ll explore visual treatments and card-frame designs while exploring how offset printing, specialty inks, materials, and finishes can become part of the creative expression. You’ll work closely with Production Artists and collaborate with creative, production, and manufacturing partners to turn creative ideas into exceptional collectible cards. What You'll Do: Bring ideas, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to shape ideas as a team. Concept and pitch specialty print finishes, partnering with creatives and print suppliers to test and refine concepts into compelling, manufacturable cards. Provide Production Artists with clear creative direction and constructive feedback from concept through final execution. What You'll Do: Commission a high volume of artwork by identifying freelance illustrators, providing ongoing art direction, maintaining strong partner relationships, and delivering regular status updates to the Lead Art Director. Develop art direction skills through hands-on mentorship from Lead Art Directors, actively seeking and applying feedback while building confidence, creative judgment, and ownership. Apply foundational knowledge of artistic principles, with guidance and mentorship from Lead Art Directors, to source artwork that supports Dungeons & Dragons publishing schedules and brand standards. Collaborate closely with fellow Art Directors and cross-functional project partners, communicating content needs and project updates clearly while ensuring artwork remains aligned with the creative vision established by Lead Art Directors.
