The Director, Technical Recruiting will lead CLEAR’s technical recruiting strategy and team, partnering closely with our CTO and senior technology leaders to translate business priorities and workforce plans into an effective talent strategy. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of Technical Recruiters while using data, market intelligence, and recruiting expertise to attract exceptional talent and deliver against CLEAR’s most critical technical hiring needs.
