About Our Team Micron Technology's Boise Front-End operations serve as an essential element within the company's U.S. manufacturing foundation and growth. The finance group in Boise Operations collaborates with site operations and global finance teams to build scalable finance processes, boost cost insight, and support business decisions as the site progresses through construction, startup, manufacturing ramp, and ongoing operations. Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst I reports to the Director, Boise Front-End Controller and is part of the Boise Operations Finance group. This position supports Boise front-end manufacturing operations by managing budgeting and oversight tasks related to construction, startup, manufacturing ramp, and ongoing operations. In this position, you will prepare budgets, forecasts, product-cost inputs, financial analyses, and management reports. You will explain financial and operating results against budgets and offer information and recommendations to guide business decisions. You will collaborate closely with the Boise office and international teams, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Global Cost Consolidations, and Global Central Finance. This role is the extreme owner of cluster health and customer Service Level Agreements across 5+ sites operating 24/7. You’ll lead a 250+ person organization of site managers, shift supervisors, and technicians, plus the site reliability engineering team that monitors cluster health and drives fault mitigation at scale.
