Engineering Manager, Agent & Product Security

Scale has been the leading AI data foundry, helping fuel the most exciting advancements in AI, including frontier model training, enterprise adoption, defense applications, and autonomous vehicles. Our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world's most important decisions We're looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to build and own Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio — the data, environments, and evaluations frontier labs use to train and measure security capability in their models. This is a build role: you will define the strategy and standards for a product line that does not exist yet. Security is where the hardest problems in agentic AI now sit. An agent that can find a vulnerability, prove it reproduces, and patch it without breaking the system is doing work that takes a skilled human days. Measuring that honestly requires reproducible execution environments at scale and practitioners who have actually done the work. Scale has the first, proven across SWE-Bench Pro, SWE Atlas, and our contributions to the Terminal-Bench lineage. You will build the second. You Will Own the roadmap and strategy for Scale's Cybersecurity portfolio across training data, RL environments, agentic task suites, and evaluation products — and stand the product line up end to end, from task taxonomy and sourcing through pricing and first external release. Define the capability map we train and measure against: vulnerability discovery, proof-of-concept reproduction, patch generation and regression safety, secure code review, supply-chain analysis, malware and binary analysis, detection engineering, and incident triage. Make the strategic call on where Scale competes across the offense–defense spectrum — which capabilities we build training data for, which we only measure, and which we decline. Partner with ML researchers and security practitioners on task specifications, grader design, and verifiable rewards, holding to execution-grounded verification wherever possible: a task c

As a Research Manager within Datadog AI Research (DAIR), you will lead a team working on fundamental research in post-training and autonomous agents while remaining deeply engaged in the technical direction of the work. You will advance reinforcement learning, simulated environments, synthetic data generation, and evaluation methods for agents operating across complex real-world systems. You will provide technical leadership to a team of researchers and research engineers, mentor and develop highly technical talent, shape research direction, and collaborate with Datadog’s product and engineering teams to translate research advances into products. This role is designed for an exceptional researcher or technical leader who wants to maintain a strong hands-on research identity while developing and leading a high-performing team. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Lead research in agent post-training and reinforcement learning, setting the technical direction for ambitious research programs grounded in observability and security Guide and mentor researchers and research engineers while remaining closely involved in research strategy, experimentation, model development, and technical problem-solving Design and advance reinforcement learning approaches, post-training methods, and training loops for agents operating in complex environments Build simulated environments, synthetic data generation approaches, and evaluation frameworks that enable scalable agent training and rigorous measurement Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Research, Product, and Engineering to translate advances in autonomous agents into scalable Datadog capabilities Contribute to research publications, present at top-tier conferences su

At Datadog, we're on a mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. We operate at high scale, enabling seamless collaboration and problem-solving among Dev, Ops, and Security teams globally for tens of thousands of companies. Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. Feature flags used to be simple on/off switches. That's changing fast. Flags are becoming a control plane: they're tied to observability, they drive rollout decisions, and AI agents build and run more of this work every day. Datadog is building the platform for that future, and we are now expanding our Feature Flagging & Experimentation product to pair flag decisions directly with observability signals and to modernize the flagging workflow for an SDLC increasingly run by agents. As a Senior Product Manager for Feature Flagging, you will own product strategy and drive execution across flags-plus-observability integration and agentic-era flagging workflows. You will set direction for a critical area of the roadmap, work closely with the observability, RUM, and APM teams, and report directly to the Director of Product leading this team. You'll be relied on to make sound, independent product judgment calls with limited oversight, bring engineering credibility to every decision, and drive B2B go-to-market strategy alongside sales. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. This role is based in New York City and works from our office 3 days a week to support that collaboration. What you will Do: Find every place where a flag decision and an observability signal should talk to each other - rollout gating, anomaly-triggered rollback, experiment diagnostics - and ship a roadmap that unlocks observability and experimentation differentiators in Datadog Feature Flags

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the role Ramp is building a new AI business, and you’ll be one of its first technical sellers. Your job is to turn technically complex AI products into closed revenue. You’ll sell a growing portfolio spanning AI-powered applications and agents for finance teams, as well as infrastructure that helps companies deploy and manage AI with greater control, security, and cost efficiency. This is a product-focused, quota-carrying technical sales role. You’ll help customers evaluate and purchase Ramp’s AI products, translating complex capabilities into clear business value and guiding opportunities from discovery through close. This is a high-velocity commercial role, not a traditional pre-sales position where success ends with a great demo. You’ll be accountable for turning technical evaluations into commercial wins from start to finish. You’ll lead discovery, shape deal strategy, build executive-level business cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, navigate technical and commercial objections, and create urgency around a clear path to purchase. You’
