About the role: As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll shape how prospective customers understand, evaluate, and adopt OfficeSpace. You’ll partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, architect solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and guide complex technical evaluations across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams. You’ll turn business challenges and technical complexity into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. AI will accelerate how you research, prepare, design, and execute—but your judgment, storytelling, technical credibility, and ability to earn customer trust will make the difference. What you’ll do: Own the technical and solution strategy across complex sales opportunities—from discovery through validation and close. Lead high-impact discovery that uncovers business problems, workflows, technical requirements, success criteria, decision drivers, and hidden risks. Translate customer needs into solution architectures that connect OfficeSpace capabilities to measurable workplace and business outcomes. Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that tell the customer’s story, adapt in real time, and make complex capabilities easy to understand.
