Responsibilities: Create, carry out, and refine environmental compliance programs to align with federal, state, and local requirements Manage air, water, stormwater, natural resource permits, and spill prevention programs, including inspections and reporting Lead hazardous waste compliance activities including inspections, shipments, and program oversight Conduct environmental audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions aligned with ISO14001 Support construction projects and contractors to ensure environmental requirements are met Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field 1–3 years of experience coordinating environmental compliance programs Working knowledge of CWA, CAA, RCRA, CERCLA, and ISO14001 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow. Responsibilities: Build and implement vital programs that fulfill state, federal, and local requirements. Lead and collaborate with operational teams to achieve compliance and sustainability goals. Coordinate solid and hazardous waste management activities including vendor management, shipping support, site management, facility disposition evaluations, inspections record keeping activities. Assist the chemical approval process by reviewing proposed chemicals for environmental compliance requirements, documenting approvals and conditions, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal stakeholders before chemicals are introduced on site. Support Construction General Permit (CGP) stormwater compliance, including SWPPP implementation, inspections, contractor coordination, corrective-action tracking, and preparation of required monitoring records and regulatory documentation. Provide oversight of Construction Project and General Contractors to ensure organizations’ requirements are effectively implemented Prepare compliance reports, quantify environmental impacts, and participate in regulatory inspections. Leverage artificial intelligence and digital tools to analyze environmental data, identify compliance trends and risks, automate routine workflows, and improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of EHS programs.
